Fast Sets is run by one person. Write to [email protected] and that same person answers.

What to write about:

• Asking for an invitation. There's no open sign-up today: you get in by invitation, or by joining the waitlist.
• Deleting your account, or removing your email address. Deleting the whole account has its own button in Profile ("Delete my account"), instant and with nobody to write to; write to us if you'd rather we did it, if that button isn't available to you, or if you only want your email removed without deleting the account. We reply within 30 days (usually the same day).
• Reporting a bug. If something odd happens on your phone, go to Profile → "Send diagnostics" first: it saves us half a day of guessing.
• Anything about privacy or about these terms.
